it's father days and true to form I'm about to make a frantic dash to the shops for an hour of panic buying! I always struggle with fathers day gifts as pops hates us spending money on him (which makes us want to spoil him all the more) so before I embark on mission 'what to buy dad' a quick outfit post..  this candy coloured number is from karma clothing who've kindly invited me to be involved in their summer look book; the theme was festival ready so I thought it would be the ideal time to wear my flower crown.. yipee!  I umm'd and ahhh'd over what clothes to pick and finally settled on these adorable pink dungarees. oh man, another dungaree-esque look I hear you say..  hell yeah sorry I love 'em. boy oh boy you wont believe how impressed I am with this dress from karma clothing ! my favourite shade of denim, it fits an absolute treat and is astoundingly affordable at the jaw dropping price of £12. I have a habit of putting together the most random items; today was one of those days!  I saw this satin bomber jacket in american apparel and just loved it; it's so fresh and simple I knew it'd be a good investment for the summer. I went for ivory but there's some other to die for colour options. I've been tempted to wear this 80's vintage shirt for a while now but couldn't seem to find the right outfit! today I decided it was going in the mix and so was my new necklace. I've been wearing so much gold the last few years that I'm now loving silver all over again (especially the silver and turquoise combination) so I'm hoping to buy a few more little pieces over the summer.  I'm glad I picked out this random ensemble though! hello rascals! spring seems to have arrived; I can't believe how bright the evenings are this week, hurrah! I love little day trips. I went to tate modern earlier this week to see the lichtenstein retrospective; I was super excited to catch the show as he was one of my icons growing up! since pop art was the theme of the day I wanted to wear something equally pop-tastic so I opted for this gorgeous mink pink dress from  mee mee  (be warned they have some fantastic new arrivals in stock at the minute!) this little number brought out my 90's nostalgia when; remember the good old saved by the bell days aha! bright florals are one of my favourite looks (I also love a dress with a good swoosh!)  I went with the 90's vibe again with my accessories; my pineapple necklace from chelsea doll and retro mondrian watch that I picked up at american apparel. since it's still pretty nippy out there I added my new denim jacket which is one of those classic transitional pieces.. yep, I'm still a closet double denim lover. vintage style floral dress: mink pink c/o  mee mee denim jacket:...
