I've been reviving my love affair with h&m this month. I didn't really buy anything from their ranges for about a year and only recently started popping back in regularly to see what's new in. I saw this grey jersey dress and decided I needed to purchase it immediately! I love basic cuts and this little number is so simple and classic (not to mention comfortable) I knew it would be a handy everyday option. the only downside is you have to be really careful when you wash it as mine shrunk, luckily I was able to exchange it and opted to go a size up, lesson learnt! I have a habit of putting together the most random items; today was one of those days!  I saw this satin bomber jacket in american apparel and just loved it; it's so fresh and simple I knew it'd be a good investment for the summer. I went for ivory but there's some other to die for colour options. I've been tempted to wear this 80's vintage shirt for a while now but couldn't seem to find the right outfit! today I decided it was going in the mix and so was my new necklace. I've been wearing so much gold the last few years that I'm now loving silver all over again (especially the silver and turquoise combination) so I'm hoping to buy a few more little pieces over the summer.  I'm glad I picked out this random ensemble though! hey hey, long time no see! when I get a free day I often drag my poor boyfriend around vintage/charity shops (under the guise of going for afternoon tea) in the hunt for some new accessories!  I love finding something old and unique that nobody else is wearing; I like to think of it as fashion treasure hunting!  the vintage suitcase is probably one of the best things I've found in the last year, it's just small enough to use as a handbag of sorts and I love the colour!
